Question about crossgen PS3/4 fames

Just wondering if there's a list out there. I've found quite a few on my own but don't know if I'm missing anything.

I keep arguing with myself whether collecting these is worth it since the PS4 version may have more features (Mordor) or include DLC. I don't care about slight graphical upgrades (Dishonored, Arcania) but actual big differences.
