New to me WG 6100- P314- any suggestions?

I don't have the rest of it so I'm trying to triage this before I build up the rest of it and wondered what veteran opinions are on how to approach this board.
I'll be reading through the 73 page faq (again!) but are there any other veteran suggestions for this thing?

This board has had all four of resistors R100 through R103 roasted at some point in its life and the R101 I removed before I cleaned this thing up was still a little briquette, so it got me to wondering what was frying these...
