Police trainer 2 dead motherboard

Got a police trainer 2 with a dead motherboard. Replaced with another mother board that isn't the same. I'm getting this error after it says a whole bunch of stuff and tries to boot up. Curious if this is a motherboard issue and if I need to search for the exact same motherboard or if it's a hard drive error. I get this error when i use the current hard drive. I get a different error when i use a hard drive that i tried to chdman which im guessing i did wrong. Or something completely fun and...
