I need help

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

A few years ago, my brother broke one of my 3DS systems. Now it just shows the power on light but switches off a few seconds later, with the screens not turning on. I just want to know if it is possible for it to get repaired, and if so, where and how much.
