WG 19K7901 Chassis shows all white after cap kit

Ok so it's time to play what did KaBoom screw up now.

Recapped this K7901 chassis. I left the fly back as it seems like a replacement already and I didn't see any leaking.

Doubled check all the caps values and polarity. Even went through each one to make sure I didn't have a bridged solder joints. Reflowed solder to the header pins as well.

Any thoughts on where I should start looking?
