Backing up a modded SNES classic

I have a modded snes from years ago that contains alot of games along with artwork and other modifications. I no longer have the computer I used years ago therefore no longer have any of the associated files or hackchi for that matter. My question is, can a person install hackchi on a computer and be able to save previous modification and roms and stuff.
