What RCA to HDMI convertors do you recommend?

Post by /n64 »

I have used the Civak CVBS to HDMI for years now when paying N64 games on my TV and it gets the job done but it skips a frame like every minute. It's really noticeable on games like The New Tetris and some others. Are there any out there that don't skip frames and still work pretty good and don't cost a lot? I believe I bought the current one I am using for $20 years ago. When looking up reviews for different ones, none really take about skipping frames. The one I bought didn't have anything about it in any reviews. Which ones do you currently use and which ones do you recommend? Thanks.
