How to I access different region's Wii Shop Channels?

[Released: 2006] Along with early models being fully backward compatible with all Gamecube games, the system introduced the "Wii Remote" which added a physical side. The Wii has sold 100.04 million consoles worldwide.

How to I access different region's Wii Shop Channels?

this is my first time posting for advice, I saw some people showcasing the Wii channels in Japan and was wondering if I could also gain access from using my Wii running on 4.3U, any help is appreciated!
