Help with Imageburn doesn't recognize my downloaded CDI files

[Released: 1998] Born out of Sega's darkest hour to decide whether the company stays in the hardware business. Even though it didn't officially last long in the US, it was continued selling in Japan and spawned some great 2D Japanese shooters.

Help with Imageburn doesn't recognize my downloaded CDI files

As the title says. I was getting some help from the community on this but when I tried to burn on imageburn to select file it doesnt pop up to add. It downloads as the explorer icon.I have downloaded that patch you get from the imageburn site and I copied and pasted in imageburn folder in drive c. What am I doing wrong? Downloaded the cdi from cdromance. Thanks in advance.
