Help with Character Expansion Mod for SSB4

So, a few weeks ago I stumbled upon these videos which I saw a few years ago (

Which show a mod that expands the character slots with lots of bosses, objects, transformations etc.; but the guy never published any of that.

I know most of the characters don't work, but I wanna test ones like Sandbag, the transformations, Mii Fighting Team etc. which I heard they work.

So I'd like to know if anyone has the mod/know how to recreate it and is able to...
