Consolized MVS kit from Tindie update.

So, after working with the CMVS kit from Tindie for a bit (https://www.reddit.com/r/neogeo/comments/17pcmky/consolized_mvs_kit_from_tindie_a_review/) I've encountered a flaw in it's design.

The video output is quite washed out, due to the output voltages being too high.

Ultimately this looks to be caused by having some 220uf capacitors inline with the RGB output from the JAMMA connection, acting as a simple RGB amplifier. Replacing these with resistors (using 330 Ohm) addresses the problem.

But it is possible this has overcompensated (a bit dim now). Going to see if I can put in some 500 Ohm potentiometers in so that the output voltages can be fine tuned.
