OPL IGR issue

I've been using an older build of OPL with an internal HDD. Today I tried updating to a more recent build (1.2.0 pre-release and also latest Grimdoomer) and am finding that In Game Reset doesn't work properly. Specifically, when you press the key combo, it takes you to the OPL settings screen but everything is blanked out and there's no way to exit. Circle doesn't load the games list. Only option is to power off the PS2. Anyone else seeing this?
