PS2 with no video output

Hi, I have a PS2 FAT SCPH-50004 with motherboard revision GH-023 and it doesn't output any video. The composite cable works because my friend's PS2 Slim normally outputs the video through the same cable and TV. It had a modchip but the previous owner desoldered it.
