Will I have issues if try to restore the system using a usb formatted by a Mac.

Only asking this because I got error 80010006 but then didn't.

I recently backed up my PS3(120gb slim) to a sandisk cruiser glide 3.0 256GB format MS-DOS(Fat32). This usb was reformatted using a Mac.

When I first tried to back it up I got error 80010006 I looked it up and this guy http://www.rinta-aho.org/blog/ps3-and-usb-backup/ from a long time ago had the same issue with a Mac formatted usb. I decided to try it again and it worked.

In the future if I try to restore the system using this usb will I have issues? like the ps3 not accepting the back up at all for example?
