RetroTINK 5X SMS1 shaky image

I've been using an RT5X with a number of consoles without issue, until I recently picked up a model 1 Master System. I keep getting slightly shaky image. I found if I restarted the console it might go away, but can also return. Reloading the RT5X profile can also fix or introduce the issue. I noticed on the RT5X status, that when the issue was present it would show 263p input lines, and when the issue wasn't there, 262p. Does anyone know of anything I can do to stop this issue from happening? I've tried playing with all RT5X settings without any luck. I can also replicate the problem when using my Mega Drive 2 to play SMS games (ie completely different set of hardware/cables) but I do not get the issue when playing Mega Drive games.
