Options for clean look Everdrive on Japan master system?

I'm wondering if there are any Everdrive options for a Japanese master system console without having to use the adapter. Like is there an Everdrive of some sort that is already pin compatible. Or has anyone ever done some sort of mod to the Everdrive or console itself? On the console side.maybe turning the expansion port into an export system connector via an FCC cable or something. Or internalized it completely
