hakchi doesn't load my arcade rom properly, helpme pls

Good morning people, I have a question, I am using the latest version of Hakchi 3.9.3 with Retroarch Ozone, to move my arcade games I am using FBA and happily they all run fine, but with super pang something strange happens, when I drag the game to Hakchi , only a 28 kb file enters hakchi and not the game that weighs around 600 kb, I am using the fba 2012 neo romset, do you have any idea why hakchi does not load the rom correctly? Possibly do I have to download the rom from another rom set? In any case, what is the ideal romset for FBA? help me please
