I am scared of Bricking my SNESC/mini

I have a question if anyone knows the answer? If my hackch clienti is corrupted on my PC, will it break my SNES classic if I synchronize it with my mini? Or can I reset my classic to default, or something of that sort?

I really do not want to end up Bricking my mini.The structure file manager and games are sorted all properly and the program runs without error, but I deleted a corrupted config file to get my hackchi client to work again. So I'm really worried that it might of corrupted some file somewhere and I don't want to brick my SNES mini.

I would really appreciate any support or help, thank you so much.
