What converter is needed to hook up an N64 to an old CRT that only has a SCART input?

[Released: 1996] The console's design was revealed to the public for the first time in late Spring 1994. The N64 console was frequently marketed as the world's first 64-bit gaming system and sold 500,000 units in North America during its first four months.

Sorry if this is a frequent question, but googling hasn't brought me any clear answers. I recently bought a PAL N64 and tv, but the N64 came with RCA connectors and my tv only has a SCART input on the back. I tried out one converter where the RCA goes in and SCART goes out, but it doesn't work at all. I don't really mind that much about getting the best picture quality, as long as it doesn't look terrible.
