SATURN solution

After researching ways to play Saturn on original hardware, i've decided to get a Japanese Saturn and an "action replay" or "psuedo saturn" cart and utilize burned discs.. here is where i need your help:

What cart do i buy? it's very confusing to see the 4 in 1 etc decriptions and have no idea what i need. I'm using ali-express, please help me out with a link. I just want to have the RAM to play all the games, i want it region free, and the ability to play burned discs. Thanks!
