Can you tell what revision through a listing that just has exterior photos of the top front and side?

I see a lot of sellers that don't show the bottom and when they do it's usually blurry or rubbed off. Is there any other identifying info to look out for if let's say hypothetically you can't take it apart and the bottom is shown but blurry or rubbed off.
