How do I change the console back into 4:3

I’m sorry if this an absolutely idiotic question but I’m scratching my head trying to figure out what to do

Back when I first got the Xbox, in the original dashboard, I must have set the console to 16:9

Since then I softmodded and I can’t figure out how to change the option. I’ve already changed it to 4:3 in UnleashX but that doesn’t affect the games

Can you safely boot back into the original dashboard for changing settings? And if so, does anyone know if the original dash is still saved on the HDD?
