Google Drive Link for Xbox Artwork Installer (V3.1)?

I'm having some issues with the URL Downloader in XBMC4Gamers. It will freeze mid-download at various percentages.

After a few tries, I've been able to update XBMC and the Downloader itself to the latest stable builds.
I can't get the Artwork Installer to download though. (Most I've gotten is about 40%). I have to cancel (gets stuck on cancelling), and then click L stick to reload the theme.

I've tried clearing cache. XBMC4Gamers is installed on the E drive and I've tried installing the Artwork Installer to both the E and F drive with no luck.

Is there a link directly to the Google Drive I can use to download and FTP the Installer?
I found one on a post from a year ago but the link seems to be broken and 404's

If it helps, this is a V1.6b with Rocky5 Softmod. Installed XBMC4Gamers via the extras disc to its own folder on E.
