Hotswap softmod from xbox to xbox?

My only pc is a laptop, and I don’t currently have a copy of an exploit game. My question is, is there a way to hotswap with a softmodded xbox and an unmoored one? all the tutorials I have found involve a pc, but I have heard it is possible. How would I go about this? Thank you
