Will I lose my data?

I just modded my psvita and i used pkgj for vita games. I want to get ps1 & psp games. in order to so, i have to take the SD and hook it up to my computer.

I was wonder if i took out the adapter card, to add games, will my data be save regarding my psvita games ?

and say if i were to add more psp games, will it erase my data from the other psp games?
