Sd card removed

Hi I just hacked my vita today and everything went great and I downloaded games and themes but a couple times now it just says Sd card was removed needs to reboot and everything and it deletes my themes and I don’t know what else yet. I don’t know what to do… Is there a fix for this? When it happens again I can get a pick if needed….

Edit: it happens like every time I take it out of rest mode. Idk how to add the picture after if already posted it. But yeah it’s just saying I took the memory card out while it was in use.
