My vita turns on but doesnt charge.

Hi, i have this oled ps vita which i bought almost a year ago, it worked flawlesslly, hacked it no problem, but i tried to charge it yesterday and then i saw that the orange light would turn on and blink for like a minute only when turned off, then it would stop and it wouldnt charge, it still has some battery and works right, but i cant get it to charge or exchange data to the pc, i bought a oem cable bc my og one was looking awful and it still doesnt charge or connects to the pc, i even opened it up and disconected the battery for a while hoping that could be the problem but it didnt work.

Has someone any clue what could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
