PS3 FAT faulty disc drive ?

Hello ps3 family !

Im having some issues with my ps3 fat and i would like your help !

Recently i bought a ps3 fat CECHC04 with the description of bad blue ray drive.

I bought a BD-400 replacement and installed it to my console (I switched the daughterboards because the drive was from a CECHG04 console). After installing i tried inserting a disc ,it didnt not go inside. The blueray drive doesnt take any discs but after managing to insert one with the eject button method it does nothing . Also i noticed that the ejection of disc is very slow and very hard , its like the drive is not getting enough power (Notice: for power cable i use my pc psu one since i dont have the original). I cant find the issue and i would like your help .
