Change Rom DS name

[Released: 2004/8] The DS/i is a dual-screen handheld console and resembles that of the multi-screen games from the Game & Watch line. The lower display is overlaid with a touchscreen designed to accept input from a stylus.

Sorry i just registered here and im not sure if this is where this belongs but i have a normal platinum version and bloody platinum and i was wondering. Is it possible to change the roms internal name in android?
