GDEMU and TOSEC?

Received a DC with GDEMU 5.15b and am trying to learn how to set it all up. Read on the comments elsewhere that REDUMP sets will not run on the GDEMU and only TOSEC does. Is this correct? Also a link to a current setup guide would be very much appreciated!
