Rock Band 3 (US/EU) issues on Wood1.62 and YSmenu

This game, in both US and EU versions, does not even start on Ace3ds+ via Wood1.62 (immediately two white screens) while it crashes at random points on two black screens during transitions using R4 Gold Pro via YSmenu.
Does it work on your flashcart? Is there perhaps an anti-piracy patch to apply? Where can I find it?
I am surprised that it doesn't even start on Ace3ds+ where usually all titles work without glitches: this is the first time a game doesn't even start here, but instead it works...
