Hah ha... Know exactly what you mean!..
Empty the panel... 80% of the time, patience and using you're bare hands cp's are easily manipulated into correct true shape...
If it's as bad as some I've had... Then a dolly fixed into the vice and using a panel beaters hammer... Can be gently rattled back 100% true....
Be patient... If the cp decal is in good condition use a plastic shim to protect it... Whilst tapping gently.. Old plastic points cards are good.
Make sure the flat dolly is behind it before tapping!.
More practice at this, the better you become.
I've had some really bad panels... Once rattled back into shape, sanded and painted.. Look like new again.
Be careful... In the vice/jaws, you can mark it use protectors / shims.'plastic or decent smooth wood'
