Grove sound sensor not detected

Im doing a project for school that incluses the use of a grove pi sound sensor but when i try to retrieve its data, it says

'Check whether I2C enabled and Grove Base Hat RPi or Grove Base Hat RPi Zéro inserted'

Ive seen similar problems online but none are about this module in particular.

I dont know whats the problem but i ha e to figure it out to continue my project.
