I have been working for a long time and I've tried another cable adjusting and the PSU petentiometer. The hard drive shows up in Windows XP so I can assume its good. And after I changed the voltage I'm not longer getting any hard drive errors. I'm still getting error 10 with a disk in the drive and an error 12 with no game in the drive.
