Pretendo not working

[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

Pretendo not working

I installed the Pretendo Network, made an account, everything, and it says I'm connected, but Wara Wara Plaza is still only Nintendo Miis and when I open Miiverse it just stays on the clock. I have Miiverse open right now just in case it works, and its been open for like 30 minutes and still just the clock. No "The service has been discontinued", no "Can't connect to online services", just the clock. Also, I don't know if this is bad or not, but the clock is an hour off :/
