Whine/Noise from POE Hat

I just got a Raspberry Pi 4. Powered over USB it works great. I added the POE hat and though it works, it emits a very irritating high pitched noise. I've seen some posts indicating this is "Coil Whine" but I haven't seen any known solutions to that problem! Is there a way to get rid of the noise (other than removing the HAT)?
