Raspberry Pi Pico Troubleshoot

Hello, so I literally broke by Raspberry Pi Pico after 5 minutes of it arriving at my house. I was downloading a file from GitHub, and my browser asked me where to save it, and I decided to save it directly to the root of it, but then it disconnected, then reconnected, but Windows said that is it not recognizable, and I can't find it on File Explorer, or Disk Management. I really need this to fix another thing, and I can't buy another one. Please someone help. Thank you.
