OzzMaker PiScreen with RPi 4 - help

I have an old PiScreen from OzzMaker and I'm trying to get it to work on a RPi 4.

The display works when the boot is set to console, I can see the full console output however when I set it to Desktop, I get a black screen with nothing displayed.

Any ideas? - This is a fresh Raspberry Pi OS using the default options from the Imager programme.
