Hello

I'm using Xbox dev Mode for a while now but now I'm having a problem with games that use Xbox live for example fnaf 2 I got the game from archive and it was syncing fine but today it started doing this error and not letting me sign in I tried searching for that error but nothing related to my error, so here is my questions

1. Am I shadow banned?
2. Does anyone have this error
3. Is it fixable
