Wavedashing Pain

Post by SmashBoards »

Hi im kinda new to melee so im just getting adjusted to wavedashing. Recently when ive been practicing, my thumb that presses the Y button to jump ends up having a burning pain where I press the button. (kinda similar to thumb pain from rubbing your thumb against griptape while skating) does anyone have any tips to reduce the pain while practicing or is it just something i have to get used to? thx
