About to buy a used Gameboy Color. What to look out for?

I know I could probably find this out with some time spent in research, but need to get something for my brother’s wedding very last minute. (What I bought originally just fell through). I found a decent looking gameboy color on the fbmarketplace for $70. CGB- 001.

The guy says it’s tested and powers on. Is there anything obvious I should be looking for in terms of counterfeit or common problems? I’m operating off of 0 info at the moment, just think he’d like the blast from the past. Will be picking it up in person
