I've now switched it over to S-Video - I can't say the difference is as massive as I maybe thought/hoped it would be but regardless I think it looks fantastic! Jailbars are definitely reduced, and to be fair, might even be further cleaned up if I play with the tuning pot onboard the CleanComp mod itself.
For the install, I went with dropping female S-Video and 3.5mm sockets out through the hole where the old RF cable went, to avoid having to make any cuts or holes in the console body. I've included some photos of this along with this post!
