Game transfer

I'm trying to get a ps vita person 4 Golden save on to the Xbox series x, I've had a idea that I could transfer the ps vita save to steam which would turn it into a steam save file then would make it possible for me to then transfer that to Xbox game pass, which that save would be uploaded to the cloud which will make it so I have the save on my Xbox. But I'm wondering if I could get banned or if anyone else knows if this is possible before I try to do it.
