YAMT and StorageMGR not working

YAMT and StorageMGR not working

Please help I cannot get either to work,, YAMT and StorageMGR are not working on my ps vita 1000 is there any way to reset all the files without deleting the custom firmware because I just wanna start over and try again I feel like I messed up a lot
