NES Classic Crashing occasionally while using suspend points.

Had an issue with my NES Classic where it would randomly crash / shutdown / reset. Originally I had used Hakchi 2.21. I uninstalled, factory reset and updated to Hakchi CE 3.9.3. The problem resolved itself, but occasionally I do get random crashing when opening or using the save state (suspend points). I have 3 folders with 30 games in each folder. I'm using the controller shortcut (Down and Select to exit / save games). This occurs with the stock emulator, as I only have a few games that run Retroarch / NEStopia. I'm using a 5.1 v 23A wall brick as I originally thought it was a power issue. Not sure where to go from here, not convinced it's a software issue. Any ideas would be appreciated.
