I'm interested in doing a full VGA mod, not the simple SoG version, to get the best possible analog signal out of the system.
I've been reading a lot about the Xbox avip, mode selection, VGA bios settings and how they work, the spec sheet on the video encoders, etc. And i came across this project from professor-jonny

It looks like a pretty good setup for achieving really good VGA output which you could also tie to a simple VGA to HDMI transcoder too, but I'm specifically only interested in the best analog signal.
So is anyone here using this specific setup, or running a true VGA mod? Or hell is anyone else here even doing VGA with SoG?
Does anyone know where i can buy some pre built boards, or interested in a group buy if i ordered some PCBs via pcbway? It should be a very cheap way to get a very good signal from the system. And combined with the easy to enable VGA bios mode on CerBios should be a good setup.
