Dug my cousins Xbox out of the attic to see if he had silent hill 4 but now it won’t turn on

I found my older cousins Xbox recently and turned it on to see what it was like. He must’ve modded the hell out of it because there was aton of emulators and other stuff on there( I don’t know how anything like that works) Here’s thing though, the Xbox was running fine until i clicked on one of the emulators then it turned off. And now whenever I turn it back on an orange light pops up and only turns on for a few seconds. Anything I can do?
