Softmodded w Rocky5 and XBMC Emustation. Can I have stock Dash be the default and Emustation hidden?

I installed Emustation to E:/emustation folder. From what I understand in the docs I can copy the MS dash to E:/Dashboard and that should be preferred. My goal would be to still use the L + R + Back + Black shortcut to access Emustation when I want to grab DLC or title updates.
