creepy PS1 Game Over screen

Hi y'all! First post here so bear with me. I'm looking for something kind of elusive. Specifically the game over music and title drop to the game A-Train (trains, power, money). Kind of a Japanese clone of Sim City with more emphasis on trains (obviously)
When your city ran out of money the screen just broke away like shards of glass and played this real unsettling sound effect, I'd hesitate to call it music. Anyone else play this game and get creeped out by that screen? I'm trying to find it so I can remember what it was like, not a particularly easy thing to search for and emulations seem to be super glitchy in terms of the soundtrack
