Monitor question…

Hi guys recently purchased the Xbox series X. I am in the market to pair it with a decent monitor and take advantage of Black Friday deals.
From experience, what is better? 4K monitor with 60FPS? I’m looking specifically at a HP OMEN 27i, which is not capable of 4K, but 1440p @ 144FPS. I know that I’ll be only able to go up to 120fps, but is there a drastic difference with resolution quality?
